Short and sweet. Just the way I like it. They have a great screen in the waiting room which shows four cars being worked on - u can watch your car getting it's work done.
Great dealership, not too big just perfect size with very nice dealers. Amanda and Pedro were great. The test drive was great Amanda was friendly although it was 100 degree weather outside. They got in contact with the banks quickly and were very informative. Very happy with my purchase

I was in for an oil change. I owned a 2012 veloster. I knew I wanted to buy a turbo and saw one on your lot. Richard came up and greater me and asked if I would like to see it and drive it. I said yes. After the test drive. I said take my car in trade and find me this tripe of veloster. Color. Stick and give me a good rate. He did all and I bought the car. I was very impressed. There was some confusion when we arrived at the dealership. We were buying the car through true car. The car was not at the dealership and they had to locate one. They found the car we wanted in reasonable amount of time, but we had to come back the next day to pick it up. Israel Sanchez helped us on both days and was very professional and very helpful. Israel met us the next day. The car was prepped and ready to go. We took a test drive and Israel explained all features of the car. He set up our phone and walked us thru the service department. We had a price we wanted to,pay, a trade in value we needed to hit and a monthly payment we were comfortable with. Alex hit all three. We were very far apart when we first sat down to talk numbers but Alex worked hard to find a way to meet our needs and in the end, he did it. Our experience was great, no pressure sales, Tyler was very laid back but personable and we really appreciated his approach. He made shopping for a car actually pleasurable. The cherry on top was after we purchased, we found out we get free car washes for life. From beginning to the end we had a great experience with Hyundai Temecula and would absolutely go back again.
Had a wonderful experience at Temecula Hyundai. Jose was responsive, understanding and he didn't try to hide anything. It was a simple purchase. We went in for a base model and came out with one with some options. Great pricing and straight to the point deal, no playing around here. They even located the car we wanted with color and options since they didn't have it in their inventory. Lot is pretty small compared to other dealership so makes sense that inventory isn't very high but they made it easy. Pedro in finance was fast and full of energy, great personality and simple to understand. Highly recommended!

Our vehicle was not equipped with a rear cargo cover after having spent 44K. I would recommend that accessories for the vehicle be reviewed prior to pricing, instead of after the deal had been closed. When you spend that amount of money on a vehicle, you'd think there would not be much it didn't come with. We actually paid almost $2k more to locate this vehicle in Las Vegas. Allen Hyundai OTD price was $41,647 but there were only two vehicles left on the west coast equipped as we wanted. Didn't feel too good about that.

I knew it was a good start in the a.m., when I was immediately greeted by the service tech, without even looking up my name, he was ready to go and knew why I was there~ He also explained there was an A/C part re-call and if the part was there it would be repaired while waiting for my first complimentary oil change on my 2017 Elantra (leased) while I was pulling out my "coupon books", he kindly explained and even detached the coupon for me explaining the difference and what needed to be done, ( i thought the tires should be rotated with each oil change but he kindly explained that every other change was good for the rotation and I could use the coupon for complimentary service) THANK YOU Carlos!!! You were very kind, courteous and made me feel valued not like I was an inconvenience. Each time I have been to Temecula Hyundai I have been treated very kind, with patience and respect as a valued customer, which makes a huge difference in dealing with vehicle issues. Your waiting area is very clean, very comfortable and the complimentary coffee and water is a huge plus!! so, it makes waiting a lot more comfortable and the time goes by quickly.
(we started out with Gosch Hyundai in Hemet and would NEVER recommend them to anyone, their service was phony, no integrity and their neglect in returning phone calls is pathetic. I had left 5 messages in 3 days for DMV services and finally had to become insistent for a phone call to be returned, with very flimsy excuses for not returning my calls ("no one wanted to handle it". she said~ really!! ) I am soo glad I traded in a 2016 Sonata i felt pressured into leasing from them and Temecula graciously received it and we did a trade-in for the 2017 Elantra. Yes, I would highly recommend Temecula Hyundai for anyone!! (this is my 4th Hyundai~ i purchased a new one in 03 (Elantra) and the difference in 13 years is phenomenal !!!) Thank you once again Temecula Hyundai for outstanding service all around!!

I'm back at Temecula Hyundai to purchase another car because I get great service from the sales people and Jason in Finance is amazing. This time Rich Ramos helped me. He spent a lot of time with me because I needed to see all options. In the end I selected a used Elantra with very low mileage and completely loaded. I couldn't be happier, and if it last like the last one that I just turned in at 225,000 miles with virtually no problems, I will be thrilled.
Overall satisfied with my purchase. The lounge should be updated a little , since you are selling some luxury cars and the typically the luxury brands have better waiting areas and service areas.

My wife and I walked into Temecula Hyundia to find out about a Hyundia that fit our needs. We were met by Mr. Rich Gomez. He talked to us and when he showed us a car to our specifications he was very thorough and knowledgeble. . He was helpful without being pushy. He gave us all the time we needed to get aquainted with the car. We left thinking it was probably the car we were looking for. We looked at another car that was of interest but went back and after a test drive and talking to Rich more we decided to buy. We have only had the car a short time. We have not needed any service done. Rich is the only one we have met other than a quick introduction. Everyone has been very accomodating but this survey is our feeling we have because of our treatment by Rich Gomez.
Getting the oil changed, first time here at the Temecula Hyundai dealership and it is a breath of fresh air compared to Gosch Hyundai in Hemet.
If I had to do it over again I would go to Temecula Hyundai!!

My mom just bought a Hyundai Tucson from here. And they were great! The salesman who helped us (I think his name is Joseph or Jason Lang) was very informative and was not pushy at all. He showed us a lot of options and truly listened to what we wanted in a car. He gave us time to look through the cars and make our decision. Woody was great and straight up with us, which I truly respect. He was a very patient guy. He showed us the numbers and got us a price within our range. The guy who does the financial part (I forgot his name), however, missed some paperwork which required my mom's signature. But they threw in a maintenance program for free because it was a hassle to drive back to the dealership for some missed signatures. But with that aside, I would highly recommend this place. Great cars, great prices, great people.
