Salesperson was friendly and low pressure. Buying experience was good. Staff was tolerant of me having 3 little kids in tow during the buying experience and gave us no problem with returning multiple times as we compared vehicles at other dealerships.

Not many people love car shopping but the staff here made it very quick and happy. They helped us not only get a great car but get it at a great price. They worked with us at every step of the process and even explained each step to us so we knew exactly what was coming next.

Came in on father's day to buy another hyundai. We are officially a hyundai household lol.
Jason, yet again, helped us get a great lease. Randy is definitely not the average salesmen; he's so friendly and genuine. We love our vehicles and all the hyundai perks. Temecula Hyundai was the only dealership within California or surrounding states the could offered me a G80 3.3T with the Polar Ice external color! They were very fair on price and did not force me to haggle, which I apprecaited. My sales person was professional, knowlegeable, and likeable too.

There are a million places you can buy a car and have it serviced but you will never be more taken care of then at Temecula Hyundai. I have bought 3 cars from this dealership and it does not matter who I have worked with. They are all courteous and helpful. Never have they been the "car sales man" which I am very grateful for. People like Jose (salesman) or Brian (salesman) and Brad (Manager) make buying cars a pleasant experience.

On top of the purchasing experience you get the most amazing service department. I work crazy hours and travel many miles a day. No matter when I need service they get me in and out on my time frame so I'm not late for my next appointment. They have on multiple occasions gone above and beyond making sure my car runs as it should without anything extra I don't need to pay for. They greet me by name every time I call or come in they are ready for me and even make me laugh. Gabriel is my main service person and it is because of him that I never go anywhere else. Maddy and Carols are equally amazing.

My experience in the purchase was over all good, just took a little long in getting the paperwork all together for the financing part of it, then I had to come back after because the 1st car financing was not approved for USED car, but they made it all right in the end. overall satisfied!
