We purchased a Sonata in 2011 from Temecula Hyundai, nothing less than exceptional service. I believe our sales man was Reggie. He was fabulous. Not pushy. We were in and out of there in an hour with a beautiful new car. I never new that purchasing a car could be so easy, with the payment we wanted. They also gave us what we wanted for our truck when we traded it in. After coming from the Nissan dealership we were hesitant to try looking at more cars, but this dealership was absolutely fabulous. The Hemet one is not as good as Temecula.

We purchased a 2012 Sonata on Jan 18. This was the easiest process. We were already pre-approved through our bank (USAA) and had an electronic check. I used the USAA Car Buying Service but the dealership in Temecula didn't pop up. I placed a quick call to the dealership and set-up a test drive appt w/ Victoria. She was able to honor the USAA price. My husband and I was very pleased that we were able to keep the sale to a local dealership within our community. She was very professional and not pushy. She went over all the cars details and answered all questions we had. I would recommend Victoria to any friend or family member. Mr. & Mrs Smith
we purchased our hyundai in december at temecula hyundai after doing some internet shopping where we were introduced to carl.we had a fantastic experience at the dealership and got a price we were vey happy with. carl did his best to get us a great deal on our 2012 sonata. would recomend this dealership and carl to our friends.
Our salesman Ryon Holland was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He answered all of our questions. Showed us several models and explained the features and benefits of them. When we chose the Sonata Turbo,he assured us we had made a great decision. After driving for a few days now, we have gotten nothing but compliments on our new car and know we made the right choice.
We had also talked to Mark Ruggieri. He also expained the differances between some of the models, he also is very professional and knowledgeable.
We can't forget to mention the great finace team of Lee Hinton and Jason Arldge. They made the finacing and paper work a breese. Exlained everything so we could understand it and felt comfortable in our decision.

I went to Temecula Hyundai several months ago after being out to other Hyundai dealerships in Riverside and Irvine, CA. After receiving e-mails from Rick Pruitt and talking to him via phone, I took a drive over to talk to him in person. Rick was very professional and showed me and my daughter exactly what she was looking for in a car that she wanted. Being that we already owned a 2000 Hyundai Elantra and had it from day one brand new, we new we trust in buying and owning another Hyundai vehicle. My daughter picked one of the many Rick had to offer with what my daughter wanted and proceeded to make the purchase. We were made to feel comfortable from beginning to theend of the sales purchase and Rick explained the details from warranty to the specifics of how to use the new items in her car that were all new to us and the locations and servicing of the vehicle. Rick left no rocks unturned about my daughters vehicle and this specifically is the reason why we returned last week to purchase a new Hyundai Sonata for my wife with Rick at Temecula Hyundai. Rick again proved to be the salesperson that we purchased from earlier in the year, Rick gave us the same exact treatment and professional courtesies extended to us on our first purchase. Rick again was thorough in all the details got us exactly what we were looking for. I would also like to mention that because our vehicle was being displayed at the Temecula Mal over the past weekend we could not get it immediately but on Monday Victoria was able to convenience us by having the vehicle detailed and she personally delivered the vehicle to me and my wife and went over all details pertaining to the use of all the new equipment in our new Sonata, Great job by all at Temecula Hyundai,you have a customer for life and the Becerra family is truly a happy family with now 3 Hyundai's in our family. I am very pleased with the overall experience so far. Domingo helped us around the car and provided us with a range of purchasing schedules, detailing the out the door cost of the vehicle. We settled on a schedule and Levi took over from there introducing the warranty and gap insurance. At the time, I thought I'd be better off with some extended warranty and the price seemed reasonable. Then I changed my mind due to to some other consideration. Levi was very helpful getting mew out of the contract with the options and setting me up wit another one. SO I'd like to thank the whole dealership and especially Domingo and Levi for their assistance and courteous manners.
