I came into Temecula hyundai back in September anxiously looking for a vehicle that would comfortably fit two newborn car seats as I was due with twins less than two weeks away! I called the dealarship and spoke with Victoria, when we arrived she had the car waiting for us to pop the car seats into :) we were literally in and out in two hours with the keys! Victoria made us feel so comfortable! I will always go to and refer anyone to this dealarship!

From the moment we walked in we were greeted by a young lady (auburn haired)at the reception desk. She was extremely friendly and accomidating. Jason Mershon our salesman was very knowlegable about the car and let us drive the car for quite a long time to be able to really get a good feel for the car. We felt that he was very fair and fought to get us a good deal. I would highly recommend buying a car at Temecula Hyundai.

The experience was very painless and quick with not alot of haggling. Carl was was very helpful and knowledgeable without being over bearing or pushing too hard for the sale. Buying a new car was as pleasant as it could have possibly been as it is something I do not look forward to or enjoy. Thank you....

Excellent service. Carl Burt was very prompt in contacting me. I will highly recommend this dealership to my friends. David Pavlik was also very accommodating and was able to convince me to switch my loan with the house loan.

My experience with Temecula Hyundai Sales and Financing staff was as smooth as I've ever experienced. We knew what we wanted so we called to make arrangements to have the make, model and color available at the dealership for me to see. Our credit was approved over the phone. We drove in and there was my car, just as I had ordered. The entire sale took a little over an hour and the conversation with the sales staff was very personable. I will recommend Temecula Hyundai for sure.

Had a great experience at Temecula Hyundai. They were very courteous, thorough, and even matched the pricing of another dealership. Israel and Eric H. (sales manager) really worked hard to make sure we left happy and satisfied. They have a lot to offer so check them out!

Nester was our salesperson, He did a great job showing us the vehicles, He seemed to be very up front on what was going on throught the whole process. Jason also did a great job getting the price we needed for our tradein and the price of the car down so we could have affordable payments. Great dealership. The one thing that was a bit annoying was the fact when we wanted to go look for a car he needed to go get the keys to each one. I would recomnend something different so the customer can look at the car quicker. Even unlock the doors to each car at the beginning of each day. One last thing is that when we pulled up to the dealership there was a crowd of salesmen standing in front, to me thats a disturbing sight and we almost left.

This is to commend the distinctive costumer service given to me by Mr. Johnny Villa when i purchased my ist Hyundai car. His sound knowledge on various cars is very impressive, and his confidence on Hyundai is unmistakeable. This helped me come to my final choice.. my 2013 Limited edition Red Sonata. A perfect 10 for you Mr. Villa.

The wife and i drove into Temecula Hyundai just because we were used car shopping.yes there were a few sales people eager to help us but never were they pushy.one courtieous sales rep was named johnny V. He allowed my wife to browse the lot and ask any question. we did not see exatly what we were looking for but we will return because of there hospitality. good job guys

I went through the Costco program at the Temecula Hyundai dealership, the one on their list. They contacted me very fast. Shawn from the internet dept. was a great salesman. This car was for my son so I wanted to make sure he received a good deal and had a good experience with his first new car. The place was clean, 2 big screen TV's, coffee, water, and in their restroom they had mouth wash. Very impressed. This is far the best Hyundai dealership we've been to. They also have the best selection of cars. My son was looking for a gray color Genesis Coupe. This is the only dealership that had one. Jason was noticing me and my son was hungry so he brought us out a slice of pizza each. The christmas tree was also a nice touch. The entire team was very professional and not at all pushy. Everyone took time to answer all my questions and they were all helpful. I would recommend this dealership to friends. Heck I'm thinking about buying a white one.

I love my hyudai sonata! I've had it for almost two years now. Don't know if woody is still there, but thought i'd mention he was a pleasure. Since i bought my car in jan 11  Im glad my fellow yelpers have enjoyed the experience, as for me, it wasn't as pleasant with negotiations yet I'm still happy i got my car here. I have only serviced my car here twice since i used to work close to the kearny mesa hyundai in sd, but so far so good.

Go to Franco! He's personable and honest where other employees at this dealership are rude and manipulative! My experience with Franco was genuine, he returned all of my calls and emails promptly and was respectful of my situation and budget!

Woody was awesome!! He was so nice and NOT pushy or a fast talker like some car salesmen that are so annoying! We was so kind and patient as i couldn't make up my mind on what color i want. I would highly recommend seeking out Woody if wanting to go look at some Hyundai's. This was my second Sonata...Just upgraded to newer one and came back to this dealership because my first experience was so great. EVERYONE is nice and helpful there. Next time i upgrade definitely going back and definitely going back to find Woody!!
