He helped me find the perfect car I was looking for and I couldn't be any happier. Jason in Financial was also great! The whole process was straightforward. I didn't feel rushed to make a decision. James was helpful with all of my questions and set realistic expectations. They didn't object to my requests for detailed breakdowns of prices. I feel like I genuinely received a fair deal.

Gabe and Carlos from the service team are always courteous and helpful, but it was James who made all the difference in the world. From the moment we met I knew I was in good hands. He listened to my needs and concerns, asked questions and in doing so was able to find the best vehicle that suited my situation. The level of customer service he offered was not only genuine but refreshing. I not once felt intimidated, nervous or rushed. From Pedro ensuring the right car was brought up for her to test drive with David to David expertly guiding her through the delivery process and Brian enduring a quick finance experience, we were in and out in slightly more than two hours with s new Sonata Sport in the exact color my daughter wanted with all the features she asked for in the newly detailed car! Seek more sales people like isreal Sanchez. Mr. Sanchez was knowledgeable listen to my needs and wants he was willing to work on finding a deal that I wanted and the old addage of the customer being right applied with him but some of the other sales staff seemed that they could not be botherd.

This is my 3rd Hyundai and the only service consultant that I continue to recognize and feel at ease with (regarding whatever kind of service my car needs) when I walk in is Carlos Velasco. He's always super quick, efficient, and personable - even when you talk to him on the phone, he knows exactly what he's talking about and today, before my car was checked out by mechanics, he already found the problem! Customer service at its finest.

The car ended up selling before my appointment to look at the vehicle, but the salesman was nice enough to contact me before driving all the down to the dealership.

Buying a car with him is so quick and so easy. And he goes out of his way to make sure we are in a situation that we want. Salesperson was friendly and low pressure. Buying experience was good. Staff was tolerant of me having 3 little kids in tow during the buying experience and gave us no problem with returning multiple times as we compared vehicles at other dealerships.
