In October 2013, I purchased a 2013 Sonata GLS. In September of 2015, I made the decision to upgrade. I was greeted professionally and initially serviced by Mr. Pavlik. He then requested Tyler Dickson to assist me with viewing their selections. Mr. Dickson was not aggressive or overwhelming in his sales tactics. He listened to my expectations and desires. After a little while, I was presented with a 2015 Sonata Sport - fully loaded. The color is absolutely beautiful and all of the amenities, bells and whistles took me by surprise. Mr. Dickson exceeded my expectations. Mr. Richard worked the numbers to my favor and I ended up with a lower interest rate and payment than the one that I had with the 2013 Sonata. Miss Jennifer was very helpful as it relates to finalizing the paperwork. She thoroughly explained each document and made the process effortless. Thank you to the Temecula Hyundai family for a great experience and a sweet ride.

The dealership was able to get us out of my husband's lease in which he was over his miles and into a new 2016. We bought out my husbands and bought a new 2016 with only a $20 increase in our monthly payments. Love the service department here too!

This was my first service on my new Hyundai Sonata Sport that I purchased on 12/31/14, the day it snowed! Everyone was very polite and professional! They took care of both the recalls and my first oil change. They dropped me off to do my shopping and picked me up because it was going to take a couple of hours. Great experience and job! We had a very agreeable experience.  Met with John Cloud and he walked us through the entire process and found the car we were looking for and brought it to us.  Easy negotiations and no pressure.  He found factory and dealer rebates for us and got us the best price.  Everything he told us was right on.  Thanks John

I didn't like the fact that I had to sign an "Arbitration Agreement" in their contract and give up some legal rights at the last minute if I wanted the car. That was a surprise.  Maybe a sample contract handed out early in the process might help.

Recently I had to get my car checked into the service department for low pressure in one of my tires due to a nail. The staff was friendly and prompt. I especially appreciated the follow up phone calls that I received from both Jason and the service department. It's these actions by the staff that make me so glad I went with Hyundai. Every time I visit Temecula Hyundai the staff are friendly and dedicated to answering all of my questions. Service and repairs are fast and affordable and I would recommend this dealership to friends and family looking for a car dealer they can trust to give their all.

Jason was very helpfull with our purchase and explaining all the bells and whistles as was Pedro in finance. The only minor issue was the porter could have done a better job cleaning the windows.

Collin from service department is a great employee. He always helps take care of my genesis coupe as fast as possible. He engages in conversations with me about my car and informs me on everything that is going on. Thanks Collin and thanks Hyundai Temecula, I will definitely come back to this dealership.

Great customer service. I bring my Genesis here for regular maintenance and have always been pleased with the work.  Employees are nice, waiting area is comfortable.  On my last service I received a phone call the next day from the service dept apologizing & explaining that I was over charged by $13 & some change.  It was refunded. Honesty goes a very long way! (Especially in an industry not known for it.)  Thank you Gabriel, David & Roger! Great job!

Registration is taking forever. Bought my truck months ago and still waiting. I've called weekly and sometimes never get ahold of anyone. I've left messages and never get a call back.
